JCI Tallinn MTÜ collects the personal data (first name and first letter of the last name) of those registered for the JCI Estonia Presidential Ball taking place on 02.12.2023 for the purpose of publicizing the participants of the event, with the consent of these persons.

Individuals who wish to participate in the event but do not want their name to be disclosed on the website, please inform us via email at: helena_karu@hotmail.com.

We also collect the personal data of event registrants for payment processing purposes. We will process your personal data until December 3, 2023, and thereafter we will delete your personal data, except for processing your personal data as required by law in accordance with the statutory deadlines (primarily for compliance with accounting requirements).

The data subject has all the rights arising from applicable legislation, including the right to request access to personal data concerning the data subject from the data controller, as well as the right to request the correction or deletion of such personal data, or the restriction of their processing, and to object to the processing of such personal data.
